• All payments to ACL Travel Group, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is due to our contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors, which do not permit refunds. These agreements allow us to offer competitive package pricing and flexible monthly payment options for your vacation.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. To secure the current price, please complete your reservation today.
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active. If applicable, please ensure your roommate is also making timely payments.
• Name changes are permitted for a $75 fee up until the final payment deadline.
• A late payment fee of $50 per person will be applied after the final payment due date specified in your payment plan. This fee is automatically added the day after your payment deadline.
• All requests for late payments must be approved by management before the final payment deadline.
• Deposits and payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another tour. However, name transfers to another individual may be permitted for a nominal fee, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No changes or transfers are allowed within 90 days of departure.

Payment Options:

• Travelers can choose to pay in full or in monthly installments.
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration when selecting a payment plan.
• Autopay is available for your convenience.
• Your initial deposit is required at the time of booking, and future payments will follow the schedule outlined on your invoice. Automatic billing is offered at no additional cost.
• You can log in to your account anytime to review your invoice and payment history after reserving your trip.
• Payments overdue by 60+ days may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.
